Currently we offer free shipping on all products to addresses in the contiguous 48 states of the US. Shipping is by UPS or FedEx ground only. We do not offer expedited shipping. If your shipping address is Alaska or Hawaii, please contact us for availability and rates. Because we only ship using UPS or FedEx, we do not ship to APO addresses. Unfortunately, at this time we do not ship to Canadian addresses. If you live in Canada, the only option we have for you right now is to ship to a US address.
Time to Ship: The approximate “time to ship” for the furniture is typically 2-3 business days. If the particular furniture item that you choose is not in stock, the backorder time to ship is approximately 28 days. The approximate “time to ship” for the bed is typically 2-3 business days.
Shipping Address: Please make sure your shipping address is correct on your order, and please always include a unit number if you live in an apartment, regardless of whether it is a gated community or has a doorman. UPS/FedEx is not responsible for mis-deliveries if the shipping address is incorrect or if there is no unit number specified for an apartment address.
Delivery: We do not require a signature for deliveries, therefore, the delivery driver makes the decision about leaving your package at your doorstep without a signature. To ensure that your package is left at your door, please leave a note on your door asking the driver to leave your package with “No Signature Required.” Please include your name and tracking number on the note.
Returns: To return an item, the item must be in brand new, unused, never assembled, and unwashed condition and your dog cannot have had any contact with the item whatsoever. Unfortunately, any items that are returned in less than brand new, never assembled, and unused condition, with any traces of wear, assembly, dog (or cat) hair or smell will not be accepted for return. For all returns (except manufacturing defects), the cost of outbound shipping (what it costs us to ship the item to you) and a 15% restocking fee will be deducted from your total refund amount.
